Staff proposes for adoption amendments to Regulation 18723.1 to clarify when Section 87200 and Code filers do not need to list Code-designated positions on their Expanded Statements of Economic Interests, allow “elected state officers” to only file a Statement of Economic Interests for their state elected office, and clarify filing requirements for Expanded Statements. Staff presented this proposal for pre-notice discussion in June and now presents it for adoption.
