In connection with that position, Littrell participated in a governmental decision that was reasonably foreseeable to have a material financial effect on Littrell’s financial interest, in violation of Government Code section 87100 (1 count). Additionally, Littrell failed to timely disclose a financial interest on several Statements of Economic Interest, in violation of Government Code section 87300 (2 counts).
